Good work on the face but the other parts needs more work : the body is waaay too small compared to the head (you have to imagine that the hand should be able to cover the whole face).
The sea and clouds are too saturated so they are distracting. You shouldn't use airbrush, it will only allow you to obtain a plastic look. A good way to obtain realistic or solid looking figures is to use a hard brush with a low opacity.

I like the background.
Work more on anatomy and proportions
It's very gentle and sensitive work.
She looks like she's listening very carefully to somebody and trying her best to understand
